For nearly 25 years, I’ve lived and breathed retail real estate. What began as an incredible opportunity out of college quickly became a passion — helping brands find the right space to grow, and helping landlords reimagine shopping venues into places people actually want to be.

In 2025, I decided it was time to take everything I’ve learned and build something of my own. That’s how this company was born: out of a desire to do things differently, to cut through the noise, and to provide the kind of thoughtful, hands-on consulting that I know makes a lasting impact.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing and working with some of the biggest national names in home furnishings, restaurants, retail, and entertainment. But just as meaningful to me are the long-term relationships I’ve built with founders and creators — the people who trusted me to guide their growth and who continue to shape the future of retail.
